Product Overview:
Drilling fluid gas separator (liquid gas separator for short) is a special equipment for gas-immersion drilling fluid degassing. The main difference between aliquid-gas separator and a vacuum degasser is that it can remove large bubbles in the drilling fluid. Large bubbles refer to most of the expanding gas in the drilling fluid that fills the annulus of the wellbore. Its diameter is about 3 to 25mm, these large bubbles can easily cause well kicks, or even blow out the surface of the drill pad.

The drilling fluid gas separatorproduced by HL Petroleum can feed fluid directly from the rotary blowout preventer, or from the choke manifold to separate large bubbles. The processed drilling fluid contains small bubbles, which are vibrated by the mud shale shaker. After sieving, it enters the vacuum degasser for routine degassing, and finally completes the degassing process to ensure safe drilling operations.
