Jet Mud Mixer Details
The jet mud mixer is a special equipment used to prepare or increase the total amount of drilling fluid, change the density, viscosity, and water loss of the drilling fluid. Drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite powder, etc.) and corresponding chemical additives ( Polymers, etc.) are put into the circulation tank. If they are directly put in, a large amount of drilling fluid materials and chemical additives will precipitate or agglomerate, and a dispersed and uniform drilling fluid cannot be obtained.
The jet mud mixer is a kind of equipment used in conjunction with the oil drilling solids control system. It can meet the weighting and preparation of the drilling fluid of the drilling solids control system from 1000 meters to 7000 meters. The mud mixer consists of a sand pump or shear pump and a jet mixing funnel is connected and installed on a base by a manifold valve. The performance is safe and reliable, and the transportation is convenient.

Jet Mud Mixer Installation
(1) According to the on-site situations, level the groundsill at the side or face of slurry tank. The groundsill should be as the same level as that of slurry tank.
(2) After the unit is at its position, connect the suction inlet of the pump to the tank body with hoses.
(3) At the outlet, connect the jet mixing hollander to the inlet of the tank with creeping pipe.
(4) Switch on the power, crawl and see if the rotation direction of the sand pump is right.
