Types of mud pump cylinder liners

There are four common types of mud pump cylinder liners: single metal liner, bimetal liner, ceramic liner, and nickel-based alloy liner.
Types of Mud Pump Cylinder Liners  Mud Pump Cylinder Liners

1. The single metal liner is the most commonly used type, made of high-chrome alloy steel or carbon steel, with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

2. The bimetal liner is composed of two different metal materials, with a high-hardness material as the inner layer and a high-toughness material as the outer layer, providing high wear resistance and impact resistance.

3. The ceramic liner is made of high-purity ceramic material, with extremely high hardness and wear resistance, suitable for handling high-hardness and corrosive mud.

4. The nickel-based alloy liner is made of nickel-based alloy, with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive mud.

These four types of mud pump cylinder liners can be selected based on different working conditions and requirements to improve the performance and service life of the mud pump.
