2. Install the bracket: Install the bracket of the agitator according to the model and installation requirements of the agitator. The bracket should be installed firmly and reliably to withstand the weight of the agitator and the vibration during operation.

3. Install the agitator body: Lift the main body of the agitator, slowly place it on the bracket, and adjust it as needed to ensure the horizontality and verticality of the agitator.

4. Connect the power supply and cable: Connect the corresponding power supply and cable according to the power supply requirements of the agitator. Before connecting the power supply, ensure that the power supply meets the rated voltage and frequency requirements of the agitator, and check the insulation performance of the cable.

5. Connect the pipeline: If the agitator needs to be connected to other equipment or pipelines, it should be connected according to the corresponding connection requirements. Pay attention to the sealing performance when connecting to avoid leakage.

6. Debugging and inspection: After the installation is completed, debugging and inspection should be carried out to ensure the normal operation of the agitator. During debugging, the speed, direction, stirring effect and other parameters of the agitator should be checked and necessary adjustments should be made. During the inspection, attention should be paid to the running stability, noise level, vibration of the agitator, etc. If there is any abnormality, it should be eliminated in time.

7. Trial operation: After the debugging and inspection are completed, a trial operation is carried out. During the trial operation, the agitator should be operated according to the operating procedures, the operation of the agitator should be observed, and the relevant data should be recorded. The trial operation time is generally several hours to one day to ensure the stability and reliability of the agitator.
