No coupling is required, and subsequent maintenance is convenient and quick, which greatly saves costs. Direct-connected mud agitators are easy to install and easy to use. 
HJBX series helical gear agitator consists of explosion-proof motor, helical gear reducer, base and agitator rod. It is widely used in major oil fields due to its compact structure, good meshing performance, large torque and high transmission efficiency.
Vertical agitator is installed vertically to save space and is used for mixing in deep mud pools. Vertical agitator adopts planetary cycloid pinwheel transmission technology, motor is directly connected, agitator is installed vertically on the tank surface, and the lateral volume is reduced. Easy installation, low maintenance cost, the use function and effect are the same as horizontal agitator. Impact resistance is inferior to horizontal agitator. It is suitable for mud with small specific gravity. Start-up is not frequent. Small space occasions.
