Operation Manual Of Diesel Ignition Device
Step 1: Connect the gas circuit, oil circuit and electric circuit of the ignition device. Connect the high-voltage output of the control box to the wire reel, the wire reel to the high-voltage package, and the power input 220V to the charging port.
Step 2: Test the sealing of the gas circuit and oil circuit, to ensure sealing well.
Step 3: Inject diesel into the fuel tank, close the gas source valve, open the fuel tank drain valve, and evacuate personnel to a safe area.
Step 4: Turn on the gas source valve, and then press the ignition button in the control box when the diesel is sprayed out. The Ignition completed successfully.
Step 5: Turn off the power supply and gas source valve after the ignition is completed. Pay attention to the voltage of the control box, charge it in time once the voltage is lower than 12V.
