Main matters for scientific use of mud Shale Shaker1. Remove the rack pressure groove before use;
2. The vibrator motor should be filled with butter every 48 hours;
3. After starting, check whether the steering of the motor is consistent with the direction marked by the arrow;
4. After tightening the new screen cloth and running it for 30 minutes, tighten the screen cloth again;
5. Stop the screen cloth and clean the screen cloth with clean water;
6. Choose a screen cloth with appropriate mesh size. The screen mesh should be flat and the tightness should be appropriate.
