Hello，today we’ll introduce a new type of oilfield drilling fluid mixing equipment - HJB-K series helical gear mud agitator.
The agitator is mainly composed of a hard helical gear reducer, an explosion-proof motor, base, elastic pin coupling, shield, and blades and shaft. There is also a flange connection between the reducer and the motor. This kind of agitator has many advantages such as large output torque, high strength, low noise, and compact structure. It is generally used by oilfield users at home and abroad. The helical gear agitators produced by our company have been filled with lubricating oil before delivery, and can be directly energized and used on site.
Now 9 sets of helical gear mud agitators are ready to be sent to the customer site. Our engineers are testing the power, and the running noise is far less than that of ordinary mud agitators.
There are 6 models of HJB-K series helical gear mud agitators, namely HJB22K, HJB18.5K, HJB15K, HJB11K, HJB7.5K and HJB5.5K. These mud agitators are the HJB7.5K helical gear mud agitator.
