Operation steps of the oilfield horizontal diesel ignition device
Steps:
Connect all components and interfaces as required
Step 1: Open each oil/gas circuit valve to ensure that each pipeline is unblocked;
Step 2: Turn on the switch of the air compressor or gas tank, and the atomized diesel oil is sprayed from the diesel gun;
Step 3: Press the ignition button, hear the discharge sound of "Bah, Bah, Bah..." from the gas burner, the atomized diesel is ignited, and the ignition is normal.
Step 4: Open the gas vent gate, and ignite the vent gas by the burning ignition pipe.
Step 5: Turn off the air compressor and valve, extinguish the pipe, turn off the power, and the ignition process is finished.
Question 1: Can this igniter achieve remote ignition?
Of course yes, the control distance of our igniter can reach 200 meters, which can effectively guarantee the safety of staffs.
Question 2: If the battery of this igniter is in loss or damaged, can it still be ignited normally?
We use two ignition modes of AC and DC. In the case of moving operation or battery loss, it can still achieve venting and ignition.
