Maintenance of oilfield ignition deviceAfter the on-site installation and commissioning, it will enter the on-site management stage. The drilling team must be on duty, and a special person will conduct routine inspections and shift shifts on the oilfield ignition device.
1. After the oilfield ignition device is put into use, try to ignite once a day; after entering the gas layer, try to ignite once per shift.
2. Every shift must check the battery storage status of the combined electrical cabinet, and charge it when the voltage is lower than 10.5V.
3. The diesel in the fuel tank should not be lower than the lower surface of the sight glass, and there should be sufficient fuel.
4. When not in use, it can be wrapped with transparent plastic cloth to prevent wind and sand.
5. Pay attention to turn off the power supply when it is not used for a long time or when it is recycled and dismantled.
6. When recycling the
oilfield ignition device, the cable joint and charging plug should be removed, and the cable should be packed well, and the whole set should be put in the packing box to prevent loss.
