How to install the mud liquid-gas separator?

How to install the mud liquid-gas separator?
1. Determine the installation location: Install the mud liquid-gas separator on the ground beside the No. 1 mud tank. Make sure the ground is level and solid, and reserve holes for anchor bolts.

2. Lifting the mud liquid-gas separator: Use a crane to lift the top lugs of the liquid-gas separator body and make it vertical to the ground. Slowly lower the separator, and use the wire rope to tighten it to the ground from three positions (evenly distributed) on the upper part of the main body to ensure that the separator is perpendicular to the ground. Then pour the anchor bolts and tighten them.

3. Exhaust pipeline installation: Lead the No. 2 exhaust pipeline to a distance of 60-80m from the wellhead. You can equip the pipeline by yourself. If you need to supply it from the manufacturer, you need to explain it when ordering.

4. Connect the inlet and outlet: connect the No. 3 slurry inlet with the rotary blowout preventer or the throttling manifold. Close the butterfly valve of the No. 4 sewage outlet, open the butterfly valve of the No. 7 slurry outlet, and then connect it to the No. 1 mud tank with a pipeline.

Steps when moving:
1. Dismantling the manifold: Before moving the mud liquid-gas separator, the related manifold needs to be dismantled.

2. Loosen the wire rope: Loosen the tight wire rope to move the mud liquid-gas separator from the installation position.

3. Lifting the separator: Use a crane to lift the top of the mud liquid-gas separator and place it in a horizontal position. A ladder can be used as a stand to keep the separator balanced during transport.

Please note that during the installation and handling of the mud liquid-gas separator, safety measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the installers and those around them. It is very important to follow relevant operating procedures and use appropriate safety equipment. If you do not have professional installation experience, it is best to hire a professional to complete the installation process.
