What are the different types of mud degassers?

In drilling, mud degassers are usually used to remove the gas in the drilling fluid (mud). The mud degasser can also be called drilling fluid degasser. Its purpose is to prevent gas from staying in the wellbore and drill bit, and improve drilling efficiency and safety. Here are a few common types of HL mud degassers:

1. Vacuum degasser: A vacuum degasser uses a vacuum pump or vacuum system to draw gas out of a liquid by creating a high vacuum environment. This type of degasser can remove gas efficiently and thoroughly, and is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing and other fields.

2. Jet degasser: The jet degasser uses the principle of jetting to generate negative pressure through high-speed jetting to extract gas from the liquid. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, environmental protection and other industries, and can quickly and effectively remove gas and solid particles.

3. Centrifugal degasser: Centrifugal degasser uses centrifugal force to separate gas and impurities from liquid. This type of degasser has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high efficiency, energy saving, small footprint and low noise.

HL Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. produces many types of mud degassers to meet the needs of different industries. The application of these degassers in the petroleum industry and other fields will help improve production efficiency, product quality and safety.
