Centrifugal degasser advantages

Centrifugal degasser is a commonly used equipment for removing gas and impurities in liquid, which has the following advantages:

1. Vertical installation, small footprint: Centrifugal degassers are usually installed vertically, so compared with some horizontally installed equipment, their footprint is smaller. This enables centrifugal degassers to be used effectively in places where space is limited.

2. Automatic feeding, high separation efficiency: The centrifugal degasser uses centrifugal force to separate gas and impurities from liquid. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the separation efficiency is relatively high, which can quickly and effectively remove gas and solid particles, and improve product quality.

3. Small power and low noise: The centrifugal degasser usually uses a motor as the driving device, and because of its structural design and operating principle, it usually has a small power, which can achieve efficient degassing and separation while reducing energy consumption. In addition, compared with some other equipment, the noise level of the centrifugal degasser is lower, which reduces the impact on the working environment and operators.
