The work procedure for the electronic ignition device used in oilfield drilling

The work procedure for the electronic ignition device used in oilfield drilling is as follows:

Step 1: Convey combustible gas to the intake of the burner (torch) installed in a safe area through pipelines.

Step 2: Connect and start the electronic ignition device's current conversion and voltage amplification electronic circuit.

Step 3: Open the liquefied gas cylinder and use the electronic ignition device to ignite the igniter tube (first-stage ignition), or directly open the igniter gas valve for purging and use the electronic ignition device to ignite the igniter tube (first-stage ignition).

Step 4: Open the gas blowdown valve, and the burning igniter tube will ignite the blowdown gas (second-stage ignition).

Step 5: Close the liquefied gas cylinder and extinguish the igniter tube, allowing the combustible blowdown gas to burn freely.
The work procedure for the electronic ignition device
Through this work procedure, the electronic ignition device effectively ignites the combustible gas in oilfield drilling, allowing it to burn and release energy in a safe and efficient manner. This advanced ignition device ensures the safety and efficiency of the drilling process, providing reliable technical support for oilfield extraction.
