The main reason for the loud noise of the sand pump may be caused by the following two situations:
1: the head of the centrifugal pump is insufficient, and the water pump cannot inhale the water in the well, which will cause the pump to make a loud noise.
The solution to the loud sound of the centrifugal pump: replace the actual high-power water pump, which can solve the problem of the loud water pump.
2: the pipeline from the water level of the well to the pressure tank is connected with air intake or air leakage, which causes air to enter, thereby causing the pump to make noise.
The solution for the loud sound of the centrifugal pump: re-check the pipe and connection from the well water level to the pressure tank for air leakage, and then reconnect.
