A: 1. Stop the pump and check the oil level. When the oil level is too low, it should be increased to the required height;
2. Whether the reading of the pressure gauge of the lubricating oil pump is normal, if the pressure is too low, check the reason in time and check whether the suction air bag is working normally;
3. Check the front cavity of the frame, and clean it when there is a large amount of drilling fluid and oil deposits;
4. Check whether the cylinder head is loose every 4 hours. When installing, apply grease to the threads;
5. Observe whether the piston and cylinder liner have punctures and leaks, and replace them when it is serious;
6. Loosen the piston rod clamp once a day, turn the piston rod 1/4 turn and tighten the clamp;
7. Check whether the safety valve is reliable;
8. When the pump is stopped, check whether the pre-charge pressure of the excluded air bag meets the operating conditions;
9. Observe the alarm hole. If the drilling fluid is drained, the corresponding sealing ring should be replaced in time.
