What should be paid attention to in the inspection and debugging of the ignition system of the ignition device of the discharge pipeline?
1). Check and tighten the igniter high-voltage cable plug and the ignition rod joint by hand (without tools), and should not be loosened.
2). Adjust the outlet pressure of the pressure regulating valve of the combined electrical cabinet to 0.5Mpa (set at the factory).
3). The oil and gas pipeline joints should be tightened and there should be no leakage
4). Manual fire test: Open the door of the combined electrical cabinet, press the "master switch" button of the electrical box in the electrical cabinet, the red indicator light is on, and the ignition device is in standby state. Press the "Ignition" button, the green indicator light is on, and the burner ignites. After the diesel fuel of the burner is ignited, release the "Ignition" button. The ignition device still has a strong flame ejected from the ignition tube for about 5 seconds, and then the flame is automatically extinguished.
5). Remote ignition: Press the "master switch" button of the electrical box in the combined electrical cabinet, the red indicator light is on, and the ignition device is in standby. Press the remote control power switch button, the red power indicator light is on, press the remote control ignition switch button, the green "ignition" indicator light is on, the burner is ignited, after the burner diesel is ignited, release the ignition button, the ignition device still has about 5 seconds A strong flame is ejected from the pilot tube and then automatically extinguished.
