Wrong installation and disassembly will affect the service life of the sand pump, so what should be paid attention to during the disassembly process of the sand pump?
(1) Remove the coupling and pressure plate assembly
(2) Remove the pump casing, remove the impeller, and remove the shaft seal parts
(3) Mechanically sealed sand pump, remove the mechanically sealed moving ring, composite sealed sand pump, and exit the auxiliary impeller.
(4) Withdraw the seals from the sealed cavity.
(5) Take out the mud throwing ring, etc.
(6) Exit the shaft sleeve and remove the two bearing glands
(7) Remove the shrink nut and lock washer or snap ring
(8) Remove the shaft or bearing parts from the pump base.
