Oil Rig Solids Control System Details
The HGK series solids control system is mainly composed of a five-stage purification device of a Mud shale shaker, a Vacuum Degasser, a Mud Cleaner and a centrifuge, as well as a Mud tank, a cooling water tank, and a supply tank. HGK solids control system is also equipped with auxiliary equipment such as drilling fluid replenishment system, weighting funnel, weighting pump, degreasing liquid supply pump, desilting liquid supply pump, replenishing pump, agitator and so on. 1.Drilling rigs below 2000m should be equipped with drilling fluid tanks, vibrating screens and mixed weighting devices.
2. Above 2000m (including 2000m) should be equipped with drilling fluid tank, vibrating screen, de- sander, desilter and mixed weighting device.
3. According to the requirements of drilling technology and drilling fluid system, it can be equipped with deaerator, centrifuge, etc.
4. Drilling rigs engaged in exploration wells, gas wells and oil wells with a gas-to-oil ratio of more than 300 should be equipped with degassers, centrifuges and shear pumps.
