The mud agitator is a very important supporting equipment for the drilling fluid solids control system. Its purpose is to stir the drilling fluid in the drilling fluid tank to ensure that the useful solid phase in the drilling fluid is uniformly suspended in the drilling fluid.

Mud Agitator Details
The mud agitator is a very important supporting equipment for the drilling fluid solids control system. Its purpose is to stir the drilling fluid in the drilling fluid tank to ensure that the useful solid phase in the drilling fluid is uniformly suspended in the drilling fluid.
Mud agitator features
a) Compact conformation, good engagement and reliable operation for worm/worm gear reducer employed
b) It can be assembled with an explosion-proof motor by the reducer above and is suitable for field operation under adverse conditions.
c) The explosion-proof motor is directly engaged with the input shaft of the reducer through a resilient coupling and is not driven with belts, so the revolution of the agitating impeller is constant.
d) In respect of structure design, its large agitating strength and wide influence range can avoid current overload of the motor while starting up.
e) The explosion-proof motor is placed horizontally, and can be easily installed, adjusted or replaced.
