Frac Tank Main Technical Parameters

A: Tank body
1. Volume and sub-warehouse: total volume 70.5 cubic meters (customized according to customer needs), warehouse structure.
2.Tank type: U-shaped bottom, wavy all around, flat top.
3. Tank body material: Q235B carbon steel material, wall thickness 5mm.
4. Head: Both ends are wavy, and the wall thickness is 6mm.
5. Anti-wave board: wave shape, wall thickness 4mm, each with 500mm diameter manhole, 4 channels in total.

B: Piping and components
1. Manhole cover: Install 3 sets of quick-opening manholes, one is installed in the middle of the tank top, one is installed at the tail of the tank top, and one is installed at the front of the tank top.
2.Pipeline: A feed pipe at the end, an 8-inch pipe out of the front of the tank, with 4 4-inch quick connectors.
3. Level gauge: Install level gauge on the front of the tank
4. Anti-static device: with anti-static device, telescopic pull-wire electrostatic plate; install static conductive tape at the tail.

C: Tank accessories
1.Tank roof walkway: welding rod-shaped support on the top of the tank body, with a non-slip galvanized steel mesh in the middle.
2.Side protection device: Welded channel steel at the bottom of the tank is used for side protection.
3. Rear protective device: made of channel steel.
4. Escalator: The escalator is made of steel pipe on the right side of the middle of the tank.

D: Frame
1. Traction pin: 50# Traction pin (produced by Jost)
2. Semi-trailer frame: 16Mn material main beam
3. Semi-trailer axle: single axle suspension, 1 13-ton Fuhua axle.
4. Wheels and tires: 4 sets of 12R22.5 Fengshen tubeless tires and Zhengxing steel rims. (Other models are optional)
5. Electrical wiring: 24V voltage system, Qixing pinhole socket is installed on the front panel of the tank.
