Working principle of full hydraulic drive system
The full hydraulic system includes A hydraulic pump B drum drive hydraulic motor C screw drive (hydraulic differential). Hydraulic pump A delivers hydraulic oil to the screw drive and drum drive through two separate and independent lines. Motor A1 drives integrated hydraulic pumps A2 and A3. Each working line is equipped with its own hydraulic pump and control. The pump contains all setting devices, safety valves and pressure gauges. Through this system, during the operation of the centrifuge, the rotation speed of the drum and the differential speed of the screw can be independently and continuously manually adjusted steplessly.
