Installation And Operation Manual Of Mud Agitator

Step 1: Fix the agitator base 4 corners firmly to tank surface.

Step 2: Prepare sufficient gear lubricating oil (refer to the product manual for the lubricating oil model and amount).

Step 3: Open the yellow oil filling hole cover on reducer, and insert oil funnel.

Step 4: Fill the lubricating oil, make sure its level is above red dot, the center of the oil mark.

Step 5: Screw on the oil filling hole cover and remove the small cone plug on the breather.

Step 6: Turn on power, press the electric start button, and correct the impeller rotation direction.

Step 7: Clean the inside of reducer and replace lubricating oil after the first 100 hours operation. Thereafter, repeat the cleaning and lubrication process every 2500 hours.

Step 8: The temperature of reducer is not more than 95℃ in normal working. Please turn off power and let it cool down once high temperature.

Step 9: Regularly check the connection of the elastic coupling. Tighten the nut of pin and replace the severely deformed or aged elastic sleeve timely.
