How to install the shear pump pulley?

Installing the shear pump pulley requires the following steps:
1. Adjust the pulley position:
Make sure that the axes of the two pulleys are parallel, and the error between the end faces must not exceed 2mm. A measuring tool such as a ruler or callipers can be used to ensure that the axes of the two pulleys are aligned.
2. Install the belt:
Place the belt between the two pulleys. Make sure the belt is not twisted or misaligned and fits correctly in the groove of the pulley. Typically, a belt runs between two pulleys.
3. Adjust belt tension:
The belt must be properly tensioned, too tight or too loose will affect the transmission efficiency and cause premature belt failure. Using the adjusting nut or tensioning bolt, adjust the position of the motor so that the belt is properly tensioned.
4. After the belt adjustment is complete, check again that the axes of the two pulleys are parallel to ensure there is no misalignment or twist.
5. Install the motor:
Place the motor in place, making sure the installation is smooth and secure. Depending on the motor model and size, secure the motor in place with bolts or other fixtures.
6. Connect the power transmission:
Align the shaft of the motor with the shaft of the pulley of the shear pump, and through the correct installation of the belt, the power transmission between the motor and the shear pump can be realized. Make sure the transmission is firmly connected to prevent it from falling off or loosening during operation.
7. Check the installation:
After completing the above steps, check the transmission system of the entire shear pump again to ensure that the belts are installed correctly, the pulleys are parallel, and the motor is firmly fixed.
