1. Foundation preparation:
According to the site conditions, level the foundation at an appropriate position to ensure that the foundation is at the same level as the mud tank foundation. This ensures that the device is stable and not prone to tipping or wobbling.
2, Equipment placement:
Place the shear mixing device on the prepared foundation, making sure the equipment is level. You need to choose a suitable placement according to the size and weight of the equipment.
3. Pump suction connection:
Use a rubber hose to connect the suction port of the pump to the mud tank. Make sure the connections are tight to prevent leakage or air bubbles from entering the system.
4. Power on:
Plug the device into the correct electrical outlet and turn on the power. Before connecting the power, make sure the power switch of the device is off.
5. Check shear pump steering:
In some shear mixing devices, the steering of the pump is very important to ensure that the slurry is properly sheared and mixed. Therefore, after turning on the power, move the switch to observe whether the steering of the shear pump is correct. 6. Run the test:
