Axial flow turbine, pump wheel and slurry tank are cast as a whole with stainless steel, and the structure is very compact. The axial flow turbine of the drilling mud shear pump provides the pump wheel and the slurry storage tank with fluid with a certain displacement, 50% of the fluid is discharged into the volute through the pump wheel, and 50% is absorbed by the slurry storage tank. The unique design of the pressurized tank makes the fluid in the slurry tank have a certain amount of energy. The fluid discharged through the impeller flows parallel to the shear plate and has a high flow rate.
The fluid sucked in by the slurry tank is sprayed perpendicular to the shear plate through several nozzles. After the jet fluid is mixed with the fluid discharged from the pump wheel, it impacts the serrations on the outer circle of the shearing plate at a higher flow rate, and the serrations of the shearing plate rotate at a high speed to shear the fluid again. Therefore, the fluid flowing through the impeller is subjected to multiple shearing actions.
The drilling mud shear pump adopts a very reliable mechanical seal to ensure no leakage. Due to the improvement of the pump shaft seal, its life is greatly increased. The pump is equipped with a stainless steel turbine and a shear plate, which can generate a liquid shear of more than 25.4m/s. When the liquid flows through the drilling mud shear pump, 50% of the liquid is propelled by the force of the turbine collection chamber. The bottom will be cut twice. The turbine drilling mud shearing pump is installed on a special base and driven by a pulley, a narrow V-belt and a 55KW/75kw explosion-proof motor. In addition, a mixing funnel of suitable size is used with the drilling mud shear pump, thus forming a complete shear and hydration system, also known as a shear mixing jet device.
