If the mud in the solids control equipment is in a weighted state, because the centrifuge will not only remove the harmful solid phase, but also remove the weighting material barite in the mud, which will cause the specific gravity of the mud to decrease quickly and the weighting material will be reduced. A large amount of loss, in order to avoid the loss of aggravating materials and achieve the purpose of removing harmful solids, it is necessary to use two centrifuges in series. The final mud enters the mud purification tank. According to the overall requirements of the mud purification system in the solids control equipment, the treatment capacity of the desander needs to be above the normal mud circulation capacity, and the mud in the purification tank can be fully and repeatedly purified to reduce the sand content of the mud.
If there is no gas in the mud in the solid control equipment, we can use the deaerator as a high-power mud mixer, and then keep the mud in the purification tank from settling, and get the purified mud through the vibrating screen. The discharged underflow is discharged into the special tank at the lower part of the medium-speed centrifuge, and is pumped into the second-stage high-speed centrifuge by a special slurry supply pump for re-separation. The performance of the mud is stable.
