2. When cutting the vibrating screen, the length should be 50-70mm longer than the frame, and the width should be the same as the screen frame.

3. Since the tension of the Shale shaker screen will directly affect the efficiency of screening, the screen must be tightened while installing.

4. When clearing the net bouncing ball, the mesh size of the material and the difficulty of sieving should be considered, and the bouncing ball should be added appropriately, not blindly.

5. If the mesh number of the screen is relatively high or the proportion of the material to be screened is relatively large, a layer of trawl with a more suitable mesh size needs to be added under the screen to play a supporting role, thereby reducing the impact of the material on the screen. Pressure can also extend the service life of the screen.

6. When installing the pressure plate, it is necessary to maintain a high level of flatness, and then lined with a relatively strong sponge sealing tape to evenly lock, avoiding mixing is also the key to directly affecting the service life of the screen.

7. After everything is installed, put some materials to test the sieving machine and the sieving situation, and start the vibrating mill. If the moving sieve is transported uniformly, the classification is accurate and there is no mixing phenomenon, it can be used normally; on the contrary , If there are phenomena such as material accumulation or deviation to one side, you need to adjust the uniformity and flatness of the screen; if there is a phenomenon of mixing, you should check the sealing of the screen and whether it is tight.
