The cuttings box generally has two sizes: 25bbl and 15bbl. The 25bbl cuttings box weighs 15t when full, especially for high density drilling fluid. The 15bbl drill cuttings box is prepared when the crane cannot lift the big drill cuttings box. When full, the 15bbl drill cuttings box weighs 7 to 10t. The empty cuttings box can be stacked on top of each other, but not when it is full. For larger constructions, each group of 25-30 drill cuttings boxes needs to use more than 3 groups, and the drilling site must be able to place all the drill cuttings boxes.
