Mud Gas Separator, also called atmospheric pressure hydrogen sulfide-proof drilling fluid liquid-gas separator is made of high-quality materials, which can effectively prevent the erosion of harmful gases and ensure the safe production of man and machine. When the drilling fluid produces gas intrusion, its specific gravity and viscosity will deviate greatly, which cannot meet the drilling requirements. In severe cases, if it is not handled in time, it will cause well kicks and even blowout accidents. The combined use of the liquid-gas separator and the electronic ignition device can ensure the smooth progress of the drilling process.
The mud gas separator produced by HL Petroleum is mainly used to treat large bubbles in the drilling fluid. When gas intrusion occurs, it performs throttling and exhaust operations.
