At the same time, the equipment can also be used together with the drilling fluid mud shear pump to prevent the mud from being trapped in the drilling mud tank. A special tool for sedimentation in the mud tank, it can prevent the mud from sedimenting in the dead corner of the mud tank. The equipment is simple in structure, flexible in operation and easy to use, and is an ideal solid control equipment for preventing mud sedimentation.

The drilling mud gun is also known as the drilling fluid gun. The main function of the drilling mud gun is to carry out high-pressure jet mixing in the mud tank, scouring and stirring the dead corners that cannot be stirred by the mud mixer in the drilling fluid circulation tank, and fully mixing the mud in the mud tank. Mixing makes the solid phase particles in the drilling fluid evenly suspended, which is convenient for the classification and separation of mud purification equipment at all levels, and prevents solid phase precipitation in the corners of the mud tank and the suction ports of each pump. It can also be used to transport mud between tanks.

Drilling mud guns are mainly divided into two types: high pressure and low pressure, and are generally placed on the top of the mud tank. The high-pressure drilling mud gun has a small displacement and high pressure, and generally a drilling pump is used to supply liquid. The low-pressure drilling mud gun is generally supplied by a mud pump, with large displacement and low pressure.
