The effect of the ZJ70 drilling rig supporting solids control system on the drilling site

This set of ZJ70 drilling rig solid control system consists of 6 mud tanks, 1# vibrating screen tank, 2# sand and mud removal tank, 3# centrifuge tank, 4# weight tank, 5# mud pump suction tank and 6#. The mud storage tank has a total volume of 300m³, which can meet the functions of purification, storage, weighting, shearing and circulation of 7,000 meters of drilling mud.

The main function of this system is to monitor wellhead parameters such as pressure, volume, and strength in real time, provide timely feedback to drilling engineers, and automatically adjust corresponding control strategies according to different geological conditions.
