Product Introduction:
1. With an optimum structure and high-level integration, the whole rig requires very little installation space
2. The heavy-duty and self-propelled chassis are available in various sizes 8*6, 10*8, 12*8, 14*8, 14*12, 16*10,16*12. There is hydraulic steering system which ensures good drlling accessibility, cross-country and lateral stability,and also the working reliability of every component.
3. The rational matching between the engine and the transmission box ensures high driving efficiency and high working reliability. The drawworks and rotary tables can be driven by motors
4. The main brake is the hydraulic disc brake or band brake, and the auxiliary brake can be the pneumatic disc brake or water brake.
5. The rotary table transmission box provides forward-reverse shift, which is suitable for positive and negative DP rotary operations, and is equipped with an anti-torque release device that ensures the DP deformation force releases safely.
6. The mast, which is front-open and double-sectioned with an inclination angle or with an erective double-section, can be raised up or laid down and telescoped hydraulically.
7. The drill floor is a twin-body telescopic type orhas a parallelogram structure, which isconvenient for hoisting and transportation. The dimension and height of the drill floor can be custom-designed and made to your specifications
8. The matching solid control system, well control system, hi-pressure manifold system, generator house, engine pump house, doghouse and other auxiliary facilities can meet the differing requirements of the end-users.
