Vertical Cuttings Dryer

Vertical cuttings dryer is an important equipment in drilling waste management system, mainly used for treating oil-based mud(OBM) and composite base mud(SBM). HL Petroleum produces 2 models of vertical drilling cuttings dryers with different processing capacities, HSG700 and HSG1000. The dryer uses the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation as the filtering driving force to separate the liquid phase from the solid phase separated by the vibrating screen. The separated liquid phase is further separated and treated to meet the requirements and purposes of reuse, thereby achieving the reduction of drilling cuttings waste.
