The instructions for using the mud agitator are as follows:
1. All relevant personnel on the job site must carefully read the operation and maintenance instructions of the HL mud agitator to ensure correct operation and safe maintenance.
2. Before no-load or load operation, the specified lubricating oil must be injected into the worm gear reducer, and the lubricating oil must reach the specified oil level.
3. Before running under load, be sure to confirm that the rotation direction of the mud agitator is correct to avoid misoperation and accidents.
4. When installing on site, the mud agitator must be hoisted horizontally, and the rope must be fastened securely to prevent the agitator from falling from the air and injuring personnel.
5. When installing the stirring wave wheel on the drive plate of the output shaft of the reducer, it is strictly forbidden to connect the power line of the motor, so as to avoid the personal injury of the installer in the tank caused by the sudden rotation of the motor.
