The drilling fluid vacuum deaerator is a secondary solid particle control device in the entire drilling fluid solids control system. The drilling fluid vacuum deaerator plays an important role in removing harmful gases in the drilling fluid, restoring the specific gravity of the mud, stabilizing the viscosity performance of the mud, and reducing drilling costs.
Characteristics of vacuum deaerator
1. Use the suction of the vacuum pump to make the mud enter the vacuum tank, and use it to draw the gas out of the vacuum tank. The vacuum pump plays two different roles here.
2. The water ring vacuum pump is always in an isothermal state during the working process. It is suitable for the suction of flammable and explosive gas, and has reliable safety performance.
3. The mud is shot to the four walls at high speed through the window of the rotor, the bubbles in the mud are broken completely, and the degassing effect is good.
4. The main motor is biased, and the center of gravity of the whole machine is lowered.
5. Belt drive is used to avoid the complexity of the deceleration mechanism.
6. The application of the steam-water separator will not cause water and air to be discharged at the same time, so that the exhaust pipe is always unblocked. In addition, it can also circulate water to the vacuum pump, saving water.
7. The suction pipe is inserted into the mud tank, and it can be used as a high-power agitator when the mud is not immersed in air.
The drilling fluid vacuum deaerator is mainly used to extract gas from the vacuum tank through a vacuum pump to maintain a vacuum in the tank so that the gas can invade the mud and then degas. This type of deaerator is usually equipped with the following parts:
1. Vacuum pump: used to maintain a proper vacuum in the vacuum tank, suck in the mud to be treated, and discharge the separation gas;
2, a specific cone-shaped baffle: when the mud flows through the baffle, it spreads into a thin film, which makes it easy for gas to escape;
3, a specific type of centrifugal pump or jet pump: discharge the degassed mud from the vacuum degassing chamber;
4. Necessary liquid level control device: adjust the amount of mud entering the vacuum degassing chamber to ensure that the degassing chamber will not overflow or be emptied.
The drilling fluid vacuum deaerator, usually installed after the drilling fluid vibrating screen, can effectively separate harmful gases in the drilling fluid mud, while maintaining the specific gravity of the mud, and protecting the sand pump and mud pump to improve the treatment of subsequent equipment Effect.
