Today, I would like to introduce our newly developed mud treatment equipment - HSG700 drilling cuttings dryer

The capacity of this cuttings dryer is 15 tons/hour, main motor power is 22KW, speed of the screen basket is 1000RPM, and adopts soft starting method, all motors and electrics are outdoor explosion-proof type, the explosion-proof grade is ExdⅡBT4; the protection grade is IP55, which can meet the harsh construction environment. Mainly used for solid-liquid separation of oil well drilling cuttings, suitable for oil-based mud treatment. The super high speed makes the separated particles drier, and the wear-resistant scraper parts greatly extend the service life of the equipment! The screen basket is made of 304 stainless steel, which strengthens the corrosion resistance of the dryer.

The working principle of the HSG700 cuttings dryer is that the wet cuttings pass through the feed port and enter into the space between the sieve basket and the spiral scraper through the cone. Under the action of centrifugal force, water and small particles permeate through the layer, pass through the screen, flow into the sump on the dryer base along the upper cover, and then discharge out of the dryer through the drain pipes on both sides. Large drilling cuttings are scraped off from the screen by the speed difference between the scraper and the sieve basket, and pushed to the collecting funnel at the bottom of the screen, and then transferred by a screw conveyor. This dehydration process is carried out continuously.
