It is mainly used for stirring and mixing of drilling fluid to prevent the solid phase particles of drilling fluid from depositing in its tank circulation system, so that the performance of circulating drilling fluid is stable and the mixing is uniform.

The following points should be paid attention to when installing and using the drilling mud agitator:

1. When installing the mud agitator, lift the mixer horizontally and place it at the position to be installed stably. After adjusting the coaxiality<0.39mm, weld 4 M16 holes to the tank, and tighten the fixing bolts of the machine seat. .

2. The rigid coupling of the mud agitator must be equipped with a spring pad and should be firm and reliable, otherwise it will cause the deflection of the pulsator shaft and aggravate the wear of the reducer.

3. There should be no abnormal noise, jamming, high temperature and other abnormal conditions during the operation of the mud mixer. Otherwise, it should be stopped for inspection and troubleshooting.

4. The oil level of the reducer of the mud mixer should be kept in the middle of the oil window, and the lubricating oil should be replenished frequently during work. It is recommended to use 120# industrial gear oil. Other lubricating oils with appropriate particle size can also be used when the field cannot be satisfied.
