Ways to extend the service life of vacuum degasser:

1. After use, flush the rotor and suction pipe in the vacuum tank. Cut off the power supply, remove the visual blocking plate (and the oval flange blocking plate), check the parts for damage, and remove foreign objects in the tank, and flush the tank wall and rotor with a high-pressure water pipe.

2. When working, always check the vacuum gauge and adjust the pressure reducing valve to make the vacuum between 0.03 and 0.05 to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Before entering the gas layer, it must be ensured to operate normally.

3. For the vacuum pump, always check the working and lubrication of the bearing. The bearing that works normally is 15-20 degrees higher than the surrounding temperature. When the working environment temperature of the vacuum degasser is higher than 30 degrees, the vacuum gauge should be checked at any time, and the water in the steam-water separator should be replaced in time, and the water temperature should not exceed 35 degrees.

4. After using the vacuum degasser, flush the rotor and suction pipe in the vacuum tank. Cut off the power supply, remove the sight hole blocking plate, and check whether the parts are damaged. And remove the foreign matter in the pipe, flush the tank wall and rotor with high-pressure water.

5. Every other month, use a grease gun to fill the main shaft bearing with nano-based grease, and the amount of flushing is 200ml.

6. After use in winter, drain the water in the gas-water separator and vacuum pump in time to prevent freezing and cracking.
