How to install the mud cleaner
Using the correct method to install the mud cleaner can better remove the harmful solids in the drilling fluid, improve the performance of the drilling fluid, and meet the requirements of the new high-pressure jet drilling process. Today, the editor of HL will give you a simple introduce.
(1) After installing the multifunctional cyclone on the vibrating screen, place it on the No. 1 or No. 2 drilling fluid tank.
(2) The drilling fluid entering the cleaner must be the drilling fluid that has been processed by the Mud Shale Shaker.
(3) After turning on the power supply and starting the motor, be sure to note that the direction of rotation of the motor should be consistent with the direction marked on the outside of the belt guard.
(4) First, run the vibrating screen dry to check whether it is normal. If abnormal noise is found, it should be shut down for maintenance in time.
(5) Tighten the screen. First, pre-tension the screen, compress the bolts, test the screen by hand, and feel the tightness everywhere, and then run the test run for 2~3min. At this time, there should be no separation between the screen and the rubber strip. Tighten a bolt properly and check the tension springs. Their lengths should be basically the same.
(6) When the screen is in use, if the sand on the screen needs to be removed, do not scratch the screen with hard objects such as a shovel to avoid damage to the screen.
(7) Rinse the screen surface with water at least once per shift, otherwise the viscous and fine sand remaining on the screen surface may block the mesh and affect the normal use of the screen.
(8) When the cleaner is out of service, the sand pump is stopped first, so that the vibrating screen is idling for 3~5 minutes, and the screen surface is rinsed with water in time to keep it clean, and then the vibrating screen is stopped.
(9) Fill the vibration exciter bearing with grease once a day to prevent the bearing from being damaged early due to lack of oil.
(10) During hoisting and transportation, do not place hard objects on the screen surface or step on them with your feet.
(11) Prevent sundries from entering the cyclone to prevent clogging the working channel of the cyclone and damaging the cyclone.
(12) The drain trough and the bottom plate of the vibrating screen should be washed with water frequently to prevent the bottom of the trough from depositing.
(13) Selection of the mesh number of the screen. According to the formation conditions and the performance of the drilling fluid, the screen that does not pass the mesh should be selected. The drilling fluid has a high viscosity and a large sand content. The screen with a flow length ratio of the drilling fluid on the screen surface is about p, which can give full play to the role of the vibrating screen, facilitate the removal of debris from the screen, and increase the service life of the screen.
(14) When using the cleaner, first start the fine mesh vibrating screen under the cyclone and then turn on the sand pump; when closing the cleaner, turn off the sand pump first, and then close the fine mesh vibrating screen.
Special reminder: During installation, attention should be paid to the fluid intake tank and overflow discharge tank of the desander, desilter and drilling fluid cleaner to be consistent with the drilling fluid circulation sequence, otherwise it will reduce the desander and desilter purifying effect.
