Its function is to mix the mud, so that the solid phase in the mud tank, such as drill cuttings, mud sand, etc., can be suspended in the drilling fluid without depositing on the bottom of the tank to facilitate For the subsequent purification process, the mud gun is an indispensable equipment in the solids control system.

Its main function is to assist the start of the agitator. However, after the mud gun is often used once, the drilling fluid cannot be discharged in time in the mud gun. The liquid will gradually settle and then block the mud gun. When you use it next time, you may not be able to spray the liquid.

The oil drilling fluid agitator includes a base, a motor, a transmission device and a gearbox are fixed on the base, the output shaft of the motor is connected to the transmission device, the output shaft of the transmission device is connected to the gearbox, and the electrical input end of the motor passes through the external power supply.

Wire connection; stirring assembly, the stirring assembly is set on the output shaft of the gearbox; before cleaning the tank, the user first adjusts the length of the second rod in the rod, so that the nozzle is close to the tank inner wall, and there are bolts Fix the second rod body in the rod body.

Before starting the stirrer, adjust the power connection so that the rotation direction of the stirrer is consistent with the rotation direction mark on the shield. Usually, when the mixer leaves the factory, no oil is added to the reducer for the convenience of transportation. Before starting, be sure to fill a sufficient amount of lubricating oil into the reducer according to the requirements of the manual.
