What should be paid attention to in the maintenance of shear pump?

Regularly check the operation of the shear pump, and troubleshoot the operation in time.

The bearing adopts 30# mechanical lubricating oil, which should be added to the center line of the oil mark when adding oil. The stuffing box must be lubricated frequently to prevent the stuffing box from overheating and damage.
Generally, it should be filled once a day. When injecting grease, the sand pump shaft must be rotated so that the grease fully enters the stuffing box until the grease leaks out from the end of the packing gland.

For the packing combination shaft seal, generally replace the polyurethane oil seal and shaft sleeve at the shaft seal every 3-6 months. For mechanical seals, the mechanical seal should generally be replaced within 6 months.

When the shearing effect of the shearing pump decreases, check the wear of the shearing turbine in time. When the wear is severe, the shear turbine should be replaced.
