Q1: Why can't pour the material into the mud tank directly, isn't it faster and more convenient?
 

Answer: If it is poured directly, the mud material will be sediment or blocking, then can’t get dispersed or uniform drilling fluid.
 

Question 2: What are the requirements for the pipeline of this mud mixer before installation?
 

Answer: This is a good question and also very important! Our mud mixer is divided into suction pipe and discharge pipe. The shorter the distance between the suction pipe and the tank, the better! The pipe material is recommended to use steel pipe or rubber hose with steel wire; The drain pipe is also called the climbing pipe, the smaller the angle, the better! The maximum cannot exceed 60°, and the less turns, the better!
