Material and working method of jet mixing hopper

The jet mixing hopper is a mixer that must be used in petroleum drilling and trenchless engineering. It is mainly used to configure drilling fluid, change the density, viscosity, and water loss of the drilling fluid. It is one of the special oilfield equipment for heavy drilling fluid. Xi'an HL jet mixing hopper is mainly composed of a hopper, T-joint and Venturi tube, with simple structure and strong feasibility.

The material of the jet mixing hopper and T-joint is carbon steel, and the venturi tube is made of high-iron cast iron, processed into a rough product through a mold, and then polished on a lathe.

The jet mixing hopper mainly relies on the liquid to pass through the venturi tube. As the cross section gradually becomes larger and the speed becomes smaller, the pressure rises to achieve the purpose of rapid mixing. The jet hopper is equipped with sand pumps and pipelines to form a jet mixing device.
