Jet Mud Hopper

Jet mud hopper is a device used to prepare or increase the total amount of drilling fluid, and change the properties of drilling fluid such as density, viscosity, and water loss. It plays the role of mixing drilling fluid materials (such as bentonite, barite powder, etc.) and corresponding chemical additives (such as polymers, etc.) and putting them into the circulation tank.
If the drilling fluid materials and chemical additives are directly put into the circulation tank, they will cause a large amount of precipitation or agglomeration, and it is impossible to obtain a fully dispersed and uniform drilling fluid. By using the jet mud funnel, these materials and additives can be effectively mixed together so that they are fully dispersed and evenly dispersed in the drilling fluid.
