Mud vibrating screen
Mud vibrating screens are mainly used to remove large particles. The drilling fluid returned from the bottom hole circulation contains larger drilling cuttings. The drilling fluid enters the mud vibrating screen through the connecting pipe from the wellhead to the 1# tank, and the drilling cuttings particles with a particle size greater than 74 μm in the drilling fluid are screened through the mud vibrating screen. Vacuum degasser
Vacuum degasser removes gas. The vacuum degasser can quickly and effectively remove gases (including air) contained in the mud. The degasser plays an important role in restoring mud density and preventing potential blowout and well collapse risks.
Desander
Desanders remove larger particles. The mud after being processed by the mud vibrating screen enters the desander. The desander separates the larger sand particles (particle size 44μm-74μm) from the mud, which completes the sand removal process.
Desilter
Desilters remove small particles. The mud after being processed by the desander enters the desander, and the desander separates the small mud sand (particle size 8 μm-44 μm) to complete the mud removal process.
Spiral centrifuge
Spiral centrifuges remove smaller particles. The mud after being treated by the desilter enters the horizontal spiral centrifuge. The horizontal spiral centrifuge separates the smaller sand particles (particle size 2 μm to 8 μm) from the mud to complete the centrifugation process.
