HHX-10J shear mixing system

Hello, everyone, today, I’d like to introduce our mud mixing systems - HHX-10J shear mixing system. This is a mud mixing system specially customized for our customers, and it is applied to the trenchless tunnel construction site.

Please take a look, this mud mixing system mainly consists of our shearing pump, mixing hopper, inclined pipeline, 10m³ mud tank, and agitator, accompanied by an electrical control cabinet. We use a corrugated structure for the mud tank, greatly enhancing its structural strength and aesthetic appeal. At the bottom of the mud tank, we've installed a quick-opening sand flush door for easy removal of sediment. On the tank's surface, there are manholes for convenient liquid level observation and maintenance by workers. Additionally, a liquid level gauge is installed on the side of the tank to allow operators to monitor the liquid level in real-time, facilitating timely replenishment or discharge of the slurry.

This shear mixing system not only possesses the shearing capability for additives but also functions for mud conveying and mixing, making it a versatile machine. On the tank's surface, we've also installed two mud agitators to fully stir the well-mixed mud and prevent sedimentation.
