SZB vacuum pump is a pump used to suck or compress air and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble, solid particles-free gas, so as to form a vacuum and pressure in a closed container, and a small amount of liquid is allowed to be mixed in the suction gas.

The pump has a wide range of applications, can pump out various gases containing steam, flammable, explosive, a small amount of dust, and a small amount of liquid; it is mainly used as a working medium with low maintenance costs; can work in a relatively harsh environment .

Note:

When the vacuum percentage range is 40% to 90%, or the pressure range is 0.05Mpa to 0.15Mpa, the gas suction and drainage will be subject to the amount of the supplied water amount and the crevice between the impeller and the side cover. If the flux is rather small, and the adjustment is not accurate enough, the gas suction and drainage tends to be smaller.
The value in the table is obtained under the following condition: ① water temperature is 15℃ ② air temperature is 20℃ ③ relative humidity of the gas is 70％ ④ air pressure is 0.1013Mpa
The performance difference in the table will not exceed 5%

1. When the vacuum pump is used for water diversion of the water pump, the distance between its installation position and the water pump should be wider to facilitate the maintenance of the water pump and vacuum pump.

2. There must be no air leakage in the suction pipe of the vacuum pump. The size of the foundation is implemented according to the installation drawing or measured

3. The shaft of the vacuum pump and the shaft of the motor must be kept horizontal, and no concentricity is allowed. The foundation must be solid and reliable. After pouring the mud and water, let it dry for 48 hours, recheck whether there is any change in the installation, and then tighten the anchor bolts, and there must be no loosening.

4. Please refer to Figure 5 if the steam separator needs to be installed.
