Here mainly introduces the mud tanks produced by HL Petroleum for oil and gas field projects, which are often used to install solids control equipment, store mud, configure mud, etc., to meet the use requirements of drilling solids control systems and mud liquid plant. According to different working conditions, the tanks are designed into horizontal mud tanks, vertical mud tanks and vehicle-mounted mud tanks.

HL Petroleum manufactures vertical and horizontal mud tanks, water tanks and oil tanks according to API & ISO standards. The tank body usually uses corrugated sheets to make the side walls stronger. ISO standard interfaces are usually installed to facilitate lifting from the top of the tank. Walkways, stairs and inspection holes are covered with galvanized grilles. The steel used for the tank body is first sandblasted, and the well-known brand of epoxy zinc-rich paint is used for painting. The first layer is 75μ thick, the epoxy medium is applied twice, the thickness is 250μ, and the polyurethane topcoat is applied twice, the thickness of the tank is 70μ.
