Product details
The mud pump cylinder liner is an important wearable part of the hydraulic end of the mud pump, so the life of the mud pump cylinder liner directly affects the life of the mud pump. Because the working surface of the cylinder liner is in contact with high-temperature and high-pressure gas, there is a piston ring that reciprocates at high speed on its surface, which determines that the cylinder liner must not only have sufficient strength and rigidity, but also must be resistant to high temperature, corrosion and abrasion.
Supply 3NB-1600F, HHF-1600HL, HHF-1300, 3NB-1000F, F1600, F-1300 mud pump liners
There are four types of common mud pump cylinder liners: single-metal cylinder liners, bi-metal cylinder liners, ceramic cylinder liners, and nickel-based alloy cylinder liners.
Bimetal cylinder liner:
Tightly joined by the inner and outer layers. The outer sleeve is forged to resist wear and uses centrifugal forging technology; the inner sleeve has high chromium wear and corrosion resistance, and the hardness reaches 62 Rockwell C after heat treatment.
The production of our company's bimetallic cylinder liner strictly controls the size within the tolerance range to ensure easy installation, high inner liner finish, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, and it is suitable for various harsh working environments.
Outside sleeve: 45# forging, tensile strength σb>610MPa, yield strength σs>450MPa, elongation §>17%, hardness HB180-200.
Inner sleeve: high chromium cast iron (centrifugal casting), annealing hardness HRC≤40, quenching hardness HRC60-67.
